Memorials
When my father passed away I found there was no place for him to be remembered. I
thought he should be honored for his service to his country, just like the men he served
with that never came home.

I have also noticed that there is very little information out there about men who served
and then returned home.  So I have started my own little effort to change that...

A place were people are able to leave a Memorial to their loved one who served. A place to
let others know what became of their buddies. It seems that many times people lose
touch, and have no way of contacting friends, or their families.

" If you are able,
save for them a place inside of you
And save one backward glance
When you are leaving for places
They can no longer go.

Be not ashamed to say you loved them,
Though you may or may not have always.
Take what they have taught you
with their dying
And keep it with your own.

And in the time when men decide and feel
Safe to call the way insane,
Take one moment to embrace those gentle
Heroes you left behind."
