John Johnson served with the 16th
SOS at Ubon RAFB in Thailand. I have
been told that John Johnson stayed in
the same hootch as my father and Paul
Gilbert. He was a pilot of the E model
130. He was later promoted to LtCol ,
and lived in South Carolina back in
1978 when he retired .
